The Honorable Minister of Tourism Dr. Mustafa Luthfi re-opened the Soneva Gili Resort and Six Senses Spa today. Many officials and other guestshad joined Tourism Minister Dr. Luthfi for the opening  ceremony.

   

Soneva & Six Senses Chairman Sonu Shivdasani had selected an auspicious moment at 14.21 hours L.T. to have the re-opening performed.

   

  

Peter Nelson the General Manager for Soneva Gili and Stephen Antram, General Manager Six Senses Maldives and Soneva Fushi hosted the event.
    

   
     

The Island's Owners and the Soneva Gili Board also attended. Others present were the Deputy Minister of Tourism Mr. Mohammed Saeed and the Managing Director of the Maldives Tourism Promotion Board Dr. Abdullah Mausoom and the CEO of the Bank of the Maldives Ms Serene Ho Oi Khuen.
